Fancamp Exploration Ltd., rebranded ERDA Resource Opportunities Inc. in July 2026, is a Canadian capital-light investment and royalty company holding a diversified portfolio across the natural resources sector rather than operating a single mine. The company trades on the TSXV under ERDA (formerly FNC). Following an August 2026 spin-out, Fancamp's core exploration properties including the Magpie titanium-vanadium project, Egan Gold, and the McIntyre Brook/Riley Brook New Brunswick joint venture were transferred to a new subsidiary, Goldera Exploration Ltd., with ERDA retaining an approximately 17.7% stake in Goldera.

ERDA's retained assets include up to a 3.0% net smelter returns royalty on an open-pit-ready iron ore deposit approximately 25 km northwest of Schefferville, Quebec, acquired in March 2026 for C$1,765,000; a US$34.5 million secured convertible note from The Canadian Chrome Company, approximately 2.7 million Champion Iron Ltd. shares; and strategic stakes in NeoTerrex Minerals, PTX Metals and EDM Resources. No single NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS applies to ERDA directly, as its retained holdings are royalty and equity interests rather than an operated project.
