Evergold Corp.

Description

Evergold Corp. is a Canadian junior explorer advancing two wholly optioned or owned properties in British Columbia: the flagship 100%-owned Golden Lion gold-silver-copper project in the Toodoggone district, and the DEM gold-antimony-copper-silver property under option in central BC. The company trades on the TSXV under EVER and OTC under EVGUF. Golden Lion is an intermediate-sulphidation epithermal system with historical drill intercepts including 66 metres at 1.36g/t gold-equivalent and silver values up to approximately 900g/t.

Evergold has not published an NI 43-101 resource estimate, PEA, PFS or DFS for either property; both remain at the drill-target and early-resource-delineation stage. At DEM, recent drilling on the DEM Halo prospect has been completed with assays pending, following surface geochemical anomalies of up to 2.1 ppm gold and 160 ppm silver in soils. The company has indicated it is seeking partners to help advance both properties.
