Euromax Resources Ltd. is a Canadian-listed developer advancing the 100%-owned Ilovica-Shtuka gold-copper porphyry project in southeast North Macedonia, 20 km from Strumica. The company trades on the TSXV under EOX. Ilovica-Shtuka hosts a mineral reserve of 198.1 million tonnes containing 2.01 million ounces of gold and 898.9 million pounds of copper, with mineral resources of 2.9 million ounces of gold in total.

A Definitive Feasibility Study showed a pre-tax NPV of US$513 million and pre-tax IRR of 19.8% at a 5% discount rate, with average annual production of approximately 83,000 oz gold and 16,000 tonnes copper over a conventional open-pit mine life, processing 10 million tonnes per annum. Subsequent engineering and contract-mining optimization work has targeted reducing the original US$431.2 million initial capex to approximately US$344.0 million. Euromax has no other material development-stage projects; Ilovica-Shtuka is its sole asset.
