Description

Epic Gold Corp (formerly Exploits Discovery Corp) is a Canadian gold explorer (CSE: EPG) advancing a four-project Quebec portfolio, Fenton, Wilson, Benoist and Hawkins, located roughly 60 km southeast of Chapais. The flagship Fenton project has returned high-grade drill results across multiple zones (Everest, Weller, Fenton Main, Dalmore, Highland Park) spanning approximately 1.2 km of strike length, led by CEO Rod Husband, who previously built Majestic Gold Corp from explorer to a 3 Moz producing mine in China.

No NI 43-101 resource estimate, PEA, PFS or DFS exists yet for Fenton or any of the other three Quebec projects; the company remains at the drill-target definition stage, targeting "bulk-tonnage style mineralized envelopes" alongside higher-grade structural zones. The company completed a 1-for-5 share consolidation in June 2026 and announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $3.15 million on 4 September 2026 to fund continued exploration.
