Eminent Gold Corp. is a Nevada-focused gold exploration company advancing three 100%-owned projects in the Great Basin, led by its flagship Hot Springs Range Project along the Getchell and Walker Lane structural corridors. The company has outlined what management describes as a rare standalone oxide Carlin-type gold system, a discovery type not identified in the region for roughly 20 years with a recent drill highlight of 9.2 metres at 3.2 g/t gold at the Otis target. Kinross Gold Corporation, a major global gold producer, holds an approximately 13.6% strategic equity stake (17.6% partially diluted after a warrant exercise), providing both capital and technical validation.

Eminent has no NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS yet, consistent with its early-exploration stage; a 10,000-metre discovery expansion drill program commenced in July 2026 to test the scale of the Hot Springs Range system. The company's other two projects, Gilbert South and Celts, are earlier-stage Nevada properties selected for geological potential and are not yet material contributors to the investment case.
