District Metals Corp. is a Canadian-listed exploration and development company advancing a portfolio of uranium and polymetallic properties in Sweden, with the Viken deposit in Jämtland County as its flagship asset. Viken hosts a 4.3-billion-tonne inferred resource grading 161 ppm U3O8 for 1.5 billion pounds of contained uranium, and S&P Global Market Intelligence has ranked it the world's largest undeveloped uranium deposit. A Preliminary Economic Assessment filed in July 2026 outlined a 13-year mine life, after-tax NPV of US$2.88 billion, 45.9% IRR, a 2.1-year payback, and initial capex of US$876 million.

Viken also hosts significant vanadium, molybdenum, nickel, copper and zinc credits that materially improve its project economics. Beyond Viken, District holds five additional Sweden-based exploration properties: the polymetallic Tomtebo and Gruvberget projects in the historic Bergslagen district, the uranium-and-REE-prospective Ardnasvarre property, and further alum-shale uranium-vanadium targets. The company holds a 100% interest in all of its material properties.
