Description

Core Assets Corp, recently rebranded Core Silver Corp following a share consolidation, is a CSE-listed exploration company advancing two Canadian polymetallic projects: the Laverdiere copper-molybdenum-silver porphyry-skarn system in the Atlin Mining District of northwestern British Columbia, and the Touleary volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) project roughly 115 km south of Dawson, Yukon, held 100% and operated by Core Silver in joint venture with Arcus Development Group Inc.

At Laverdiere, 2025 soil sampling identified a multi-kilometre copper-molybdenum geochemical corridor with peak values of 394 ppm copper and 227 ppm molybdenum, more than ten times background levels, though no drill assays have been reported yet. At Touleary, a 2026 drill program of approximately 3,000 metres targets the Discovery Zone, where a historical 2011 intercept returned 2.25 metres at 7.18% copper, 3.55 g/t gold, 4.30% zinc and 116 g/t silver — the first systematic drilling at the project since 2011. No NI 43-101 resource estimate has been published for either project.
