Conquest Resources is a TSX Venture-listed exploration company that in August 2026 agreed to sell its former flagship Belfast-Teck Mag property, including the past-producing Golden Rose Mine near Sudbury, Ontario, to Inventus Mining Corp. for 8 million Inventus shares plus a 2% net smelter return royalty, refocusing the company on its Valimaki Gold Project in Finland and a set of Ontario gold properties.

At Valimaki, the company has completed geological mapping, geophysical and geochemical surveys and identified multiple gold-in-till anomalies, with drilling anticipated in Q4 2026; at the Ontario Smith Lake property, recent sampling returned 15.31 g/t gold over 3.00 metres. No NI 43-101 resource estimate, PEA, PFS or DFS has been published for any current Conquest project.
