Description

Carolina Rush Corporation, formerly Pancontinental Resources, is a Toronto-based exploration company listed on the TSXV (RUSH) and OTCQB (PUCCF). Its flagship is the 100% owned Brewer gold-copper project in Chesterfield County, South Carolina, a former heap-leach mine that produced about 178,000 oz of gold from 1987 to 1995. The August 2025 maiden resource estimate shows 192,000 oz of gold indicated (6.2 million tonnes at 0.97 g/t gold and 0.12% copper) and 210,000 oz inferred, plus about 129,000 oz of inferred backfill.

On September 21, 2026 OceanaGold withdrew from its earn-in after spending about US$2 million, stating that the porphyry opportunity is still early stage, and Carolina Rush retained 100% and all drill data. The three-hole 2026 program confirmed a copper-gold porphyry system, with hole 39 returning 51.15 metres at 0.62 g/t gold and 0.22% copper and hole 38 returning 60 metres at 681 ppm copper and 0.24 g/t gold at 1,027 metres depth. The company plans a Phase II with two deep holes, the first fully funded, and has no PEA, PFS or DFS.
