Description

Carlton Precious Inc., formerly Nubian Resources Ltd., is a Toronto-based exploration company listed on the TSXV (CPI) with silver-lead-zinc and gold projects in Peru, Australia and the United States. Its main asset is the 100% owned, royalty-free Esquilache silver-lead-zinc project in southern Peru, where Hochschild Mining historically extracted more than 1 million tonnes grading 3.4 oz/t silver, 3.8% zinc, 4.2% lead and 0.3 g/t gold. Carlton plans a 5,000 metre core drilling program to establish a reportable resource once a DIA environmental permit is granted.

The company also holds the Fosterville East, Yandoit and Tasmanian gold projects in Australia and the Dunfee gold-silver project in Nevada, where January 2026 rock samples returned up to 6.7 g/t gold and 493 g/t silver, plus the Copper Hills project in Arizona. It has no NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS, and the Esquilache permit application was required to be upgraded from a simple drilling permit to a DIA and was expected to be filed in early 2026.
