Cariboo Rose Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based exploration company listed on the TSXV (CRB) that explores gold, silver and copper properties in central British Columbia. Its lead asset is the 100% owned Lightning Strike shale-hosted orogenic gold-silver project, about 60 kilometres northeast of 100 Mile House, where power lines, rail and roads are nearby. A 2025 hole intersected 44.4 metres at 0.77 g/t gold and 37.1 g/t silver (1.51 g/t gold equivalent), and historic boulders grade up to 25.1 g/t gold and 216.8 g/t silver.

The company also holds the 4,717-hectare Cowtrail copper-gold porphyry near Williams Lake, where BRS Resources can earn 60% by spending C$2 million, paying C$200,000 in cash and issuing C$200,000 in shares by December 19, 2028. Four core holes (1,293 metres) at Cowtrail were sampled in August 2026 with assays pending, and the company has no NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS.
