Description

Cantex Mine Development Corp. is a Kelowna-based exploration company listed on the TSXV (CD) and OTCQB (CTXDF), chaired by Dr. Charles Fipke, the discoverer of the Ekati diamond mine. Its flagship is the 100% owned North Rackla project, about 100 kilometres northeast of Mayo, Yukon, covering 1,075 claims and roughly 14,077 to more than 20,000 hectares, with a silver-lead-zinc massive sulphide discovery that carries elevated germanium. Drill results include 114.21 g/t germanium and 9.55% zinc at MZ33, 102.68 g/t germanium with 8.77% lead and 16.30% zinc, and germanium up to 180 g/t.

There is no NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS. June 2026 preliminary flotation tests produced lead concentrates at 51-54% Pb with 85-91% recovery, zinc concentrates at 51-62% Zn, and silver credits of 410 to 960 g/t in the lead concentrate. The 2026 drill program began in June, targeting strike and depth extensions and a copper zone 10 kilometres west, and a C$3.82 million placement closed in three tranches between August and September 2026.
