Cambria Gold Mines Inc., formerly Ascot Resources, is a Vancouver-based gold developer listed on the TSXV (CAMB) and OTCQX (CAMVF) that is restarting the 100% owned Premier Gold Project near Stewart, British Columbia, which has a permitted 2,500 tonne-per-day mill, grid power and port access. After a debt restructuring and a C$175 million private placement that closed its final tranche on January 27, 2026, it plans a hub-and-spoke model in which the 100% owned Red Mountain deposit supplies most of the mill feed. The December 2019 Premier estimate shows 1.066 Moz indicated at 8.01 g/t gold and 1.180 Moz inferred at 7.25 g/t, and Red Mountain holds 783,000 oz measured and indicated at 7.63 g/t.
Recent drilling includes 166.2 g/t gold and 3,383 g/t silver over 3.1 metres at Premier (September 22, 2026) and 24.36 g/t gold over 6.3 metres at the Prew Zone (July 28, 2026). An updated feasibility study is planned for the second half of 2026, and no current capex, AISC or production guidance has been published. The company also retains the Mt. Margaret copper-gold porphyry in Washington State after reversing a planned spin-out in September 2026.
