Description

BTU Metals Corp. is an Ontario-focused gold exploration company listed on the TSXV (BTU) and quoted on the OTC Pink market (BTUMF), with projects in the Red Lake and Wawa districts. Its flagship Dixie Halo project, next to Kinross's Great Bear project, is under option to Kinross, which can earn 70% by spending $4.7 million and also bought 25 million BTU shares at $0.05. In 2026 Kinross drilled eight holes totalling 4,528.5 metres, with gold values up to 6 g/t and copper up to 8.41% over 0.4 metres.

BTU has no NI 43-101 resource, PEA, PFS or DFS on any project. It holds 100% of Dixie East, which was extended to about 17 kilometres of strike by the June 2026 Block 3 acquisition, and of the Echum, Hubcap, Centennial and Pakwash North properties. BTU began about 1,200 metres of its own drilling at Hubcap in September 2026.
