Description

Badlands Resources is a gold exploration company, formerly Mineral Mountain Resources, focused on Banded Iron Formation-hosted gold targets in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Its flagship Standby project covers roughly 7,578 acres of patented and unpatented claims in the historic Rochford Mining District, an area the company markets as a richly mineralized BIF gold belt. The company also holds an option on the Rett property near Thunder Bay, Ontario, adding district diversification outside its core U.S. asset base.

No NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate, PEA, PFS, or DFS has been completed on any Badlands project. A 2021 target-generation program identified several high-priority gold targets, with a 9,000-metre drill program permitted, but the company remains at an early, target-testing stage of exploration with no defined resource to date.
