Description

AuMEGA Metals Ltd is a gold exploration company advancing the Cape Ray Shear Zone project in Newfoundland, Canada, along the same structural corridor that hosts the operating Valentine Gold Mine. The company holds an indicated resource of 6.2 million tonnes at 2.25 g/t gold (450,000 ounces) and an inferred resource of 3.4 million tonnes at 1.44 g/t gold (160,000 ounces), with the Central Zone open pit grading as high as 3.07 g/t gold.

No PEA, PFS, or DFS has been completed yet; the company is in a large-scale 2026 drilling program aimed at resource growth ahead of a future economic study. Beyond Cape Ray, the company holds several additional exploration targets in the district, including Hermitage Flexure and Cape Ray North, providing meaningful district-scale optionality.
