Description

Arizona Metals Corp. is a TSX-listed developer focused on its 100%-owned Kay Mine Project, a brownfield copper-zinc-gold-silver deposit about 70 km north of Phoenix, Arizona. A June 2025 resource estimate reports 9.28 Mt Indicated at 3.18% CuEq and 0.86 Mt Inferred at 2.44% CuEq. The company is led by CEO Duncan Middlemiss, formerly CEO of Wesdome Gold Mines.

An April 2026 PEA assumed an underground operation of 1,918 tonnes per day and average annual output of 12.7 Mlb copper, 29.3 Mlb zinc, 25.8 koz gold and 471 koz silver over 10 years. At US$4.70/lb copper and US$3,100/oz gold, it returned an after-tax NPV(5%) of negative US$6 million, a 4.9% IRR and initial capex of US$609 million. Shares fell 46% on the release, and management is evaluating additional tonnes, higher mining rates and alternative processing.
