Description

Altamira Gold Corp is a TSXV-listed gold-copper explorer focused on the Cajueiro district in the Alta Floresta Gold Belt of Mato Grosso, Brazil, where it holds a 100%-owned, 90,000+ hectare land package anchored by the Maria Bonita porphyry and Cajueiro Central deposits. The company also holds the separate Apiacas project, a historic placer gold camp in the same belt with documented past production of over 1 Moz.

No PEA, PFS or DFS has been completed at either deposit. Altamira updated its Maria Bonita mineral resource estimate on September 21, 2026 to 25 Mt at 0.50 g/t for 403,877 oz Indicated and 70 Mt at 0.41 g/t for 908,477 oz Inferred, using a US$3,300/oz gold price; Cajueiro Central separately carries 185,000 oz Indicated (5.66 Mt at 1.02 g/t) and 515,000 oz Inferred (12.66 Mt at 1.26 g/t), estimated at a more conservative US$1,500/oz gold price.
